• All products are usually shipped within 24-48 business hours once purchases have received a final approval unless out of stock. 

• Out of stock purchases may require further delay (especially during COVID-19). 

• We do our best to ship products on the same day, if possible. 

• Orders that arrive before 12pm PST are often shipped on the same day, when inventories are stocked at our retail outlets. 

• Some products may be drop-shipped from third parties. 

• Most of our electric scooters and are shipped through UPS or Fedex ground services and delivery times range from 5-7 business days for California and New York, and 4-5 business days for other states. 

• Please call or message us for a more definitive shipping estimation. 

• We also offer express shipping through UPS, Fedex and USPS. Local delivery with in 30 miles can recieve package same day! 75$ if you like us to fully assemble it and have it ride ready! when delivered to your home.

**ELECTRO RIDES Warranty** Our Electric Scooter/ Electric Bikes come with a standard 1-year warranty, covering electronic components like controllers, motors, throttles, and batteries For specific details on coverage, please reach out to our Customer Service. **Warranty Will Be Null And Void If:** - The product is physically damaged. - The product has been modified or disassembled. **Warranty Limitations:** - The warranty is strictly limited to manufacturing defects. It does not cover accessories, including grips, screws, rubber caps, brakes, brake pads, or tires. - It does not cover damages resulting from wear and tear or acts of God.
