  • What is the Shipping Policy?
    Electro Rides is Based out of Cincinnati Ohio! All products are usually shipped within 24-48 business hours once purchases have received a final approval unless out of stock. Out of stock purchases may require further delay (especially during COVID-19). We do our best to ship products on the same day, if possible. Orders that arrive before 12pm PST are often shipped on the same day, when inventories are stocked at our retail outlets. Some products may be drop-shipped from third parties. Most of our electric scooters and are shipped through UPS services and delivery times range from 5-7 days for California and New York, and 3-5 days for other states. Please call or message us for a more definitive shipping estimation. We also offer express shipping through UPS, Fedex and USPS.
  • What is the Returns/Refund Policy?
    Any item purchased from may be returned within (7) seven calendar days from the date delivery of the item to you was completed, if the item remains new, unused, in its original packaging complete with all originally included materials and all tags still attached to the items. Upon receipt, processing, and inspection of the returned item, we will refund the purchase price, minus discounts and credits, minus all shipping costs, outbound and return, to you subject to the following terms and conditions: ● If your original product packaging had been damaged by shipper upon receiving the goods, please notify us ( at once by taking photos and/or videos of the damaged packaging and the condition of the goods for insurance claim if the goods were found damaged. ● If the item is returned within seven days, in “Like New” condition, in the original packaging with no damage, and less than 10 miles of use, will have the discretion to accept or decline the product return and will charge a (15%) restocking fee if accepted. ● may charge additional fees for any accepted product returns made more than seven (7) days after the product was delivered to you, or which are found to be damaged upon receipt and inspection by ● A prepaid return label will supplied upon request. Please use this label and contact the shipping company for a pickup or drop-off. If insurance is included in the shipping it is the responsibility of the customer to obtain the required signatures to validate the insurance policy. Some shipping companies may require that their own driver, or their Customer Center sign the documents. A UPS Store or the like is not acceptable. The customer can use their shipping company of choice but will not be responsible for lost or damaged products. It is at the customers discretion to purchase insurance for the package. ● If you have removed the tags, used the products, destroyed or lost the original packaging, we might be unable to accept the return. We reserve the right to refuse your return or exchange request, and the right to charge a restocking fee and other handling costs based on our sole and exclusive discretion. **IMPORTANT** takes no responsibility for returned items that do not reach us. We strongly suggest that the customer insures any shipped packages for the minimum cost of the products.
  • What is the Warranty?
    Our products are covered under a 6 months standard warranty. The warranty covers electronic parts such as controllers, motor, throttle, and battery. Please check with our Customer Service for details of coverage. Warranty Products Will Be Null And Void If: The product is damaged physically. The product is modified or disassembled. Warranty Limitations The warranty is ONLY limited to manufacturing defects of products. It does not cover accessories such as grips, screws, rubber caps, brakes, brake pads, or tires. It does not cover damages due to wear and tear. It does not cover damages due to act of God.
